Alameda Division

Matt: plays many sports and baseball, surfing, football, and dirt biking is his favorite. His hobby is doing flips on a trampoline and on ground. His favorite place in LA is dodger stadium. Dodger stadium has his favorite food and players in one area. He feels very honored to be able to work for LAMoG this year.​

Dustin is good at designing and creating and has a mild interest in sports. He likes 3d printing and building with legos. Dustin enjoys the science center and natural history museum. He is most excited about transferring what he loves about the other museums to this one.
Sidney Sidney is currently a seventh grader at Flintridge Prep. She has two brothers, one older brother who goes to prep and one younger. She also has a Boxer mix named Georgie. Sidney just moved here from the bay area, where she was born and raised. After school she dances at Elements Dance Space in Pasadena. Sidney loves to go to Disneyland and go over to her cousin’s house. She is looking forward to working at the LA MoG Museum and hopes to see you there!
Evan is a 12 year old leader and hard worker committed to do his best work for LAMoG. In his free time Evan enjoys playing basketball, doing robotics, reading, and most of all spending time with his family and friends. Evan also enjoys snapping nature photos on all the trips he goes on. He started this hobby using his parents' home to take photos of Italy at a small age of three. His goal at the museum is to impact all of his co-workers to do their best and make the museum much better than it started out as. Evan is glad to be working for the incredible Los Angeles Museum of Geography.
Chase loves to play sports, interact with people, read, and write. His favorite place in the world is New Hampshire. He has family there that he visits every summer. During the summer, he surfs, and in the winter, he skis. He is very excited about his new job at LAMoG. He is very excited about making exhibits, and doing things that he has never done before.
Cassidy is in her first year at Prep. One of her favorite hobbies is cooking with her mom, and also with her neighbor too. She used to play softball and soccer, but that stopped because of  Covid. She now plays tennis, golf, swims, does a bit of soccer, and she also loves hanging out with her friends. She is super excited to learn about our history, and to get a job in the LAMoG.

Aidan is a musician, writer, and massive history buff. He also loves cartography and the study of maps. He is exite to start at his new job at LAMoG with his new director and prove himself. He lives in Pasadena with his Mother, Father, sister, and dog. Feel free to ask him questions about LAMoG anytime.

Anna is part of the staff at LAMoG. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and has recently taken an interest in volleyball. She is excited to help visitors enjoy the museum and become interested in Los Angeles’s geography. Anna continues to stay intrigued in LA’s past and whatever the future has to offer.
Neel is 12 years old and goes to Flintridge Prep. Neel is in 7th grade. Neel enjoys playing sports and video games after school. Neel plays basketball, tennis, guitar, and does art. He is very excited to work at LAMoG this year.
Lucas is a 7th grader who has a passion for his hometown of Los Angeles.  On the weekends, you will often spot him scouring the city for the best burritos.  Lucas’ hobbies also include playing classical guitar, chess, and Monopoly.  Lucas lives with his parents, older brother, and rescue Pomeranian.
Julian is from Glendale and enjoys playing soccer. Julian is currently in 7th grade and he loves In IN-N-OUT. His favorite place in California is Downtown L.A. Julian is excited to work at LAMoG and is looking forward to helping out with the museum.​
Joseph is a smart and generous person who looks out for his classmates and his loved ones. Some of Joseph’s hobbies include playing basketball, dancing, and drawing. Joseph Loves to travel. He’s been to many places, but his favorites are Japan, Singapore, Portugal, and Norway.  Joseph also loves his home city, Los Angeles, where there is a great diversity in cultures. He especially loves the crypto.com center, the home of the Clippers and Lakers.  He also enjoys the beaches and restaurants in Malibu. Joseph is excited about his new job because he will use his knowledge of all the different cultures and activities in Los Angeles to enhance the experience for visitors who come to the museum.

Thea is a twelve year old lad that likes reading and drawing. They also like walking to a local coffee shop with their brother or walking to the RiteAid nearby. Thea is most excited to help design and create.

Emerie is 12 years old and has lived in LA her whole life. She enjoys playing soccer and hanging out with her friends in her free time. Emerie’s favorite place is definitely Newport Beach, she has enjoyed going there every summer with her family since she was little. Emerie enjoys going shopping with her friends at the Americana. Her favorite season is summer with fall as a close second. Emerie has loved growing up in LA and thinks it's a great place to live.

Jack is a 7th grader at Flintridge Prep. He enjoys the outdoors and exploring nature. Jack also loves sports and plays baseball, basketball, and football. He also enjoys surfing in San Onofre and San Clemente because of his fascination with the ocean. Jack is interested in learning and helping others learn about the Geography of California. He is extremely excited about his new role with LAMoG and making the museum an exciting place to explore the geography of California.

Aliana is very excited to work at LAMoG, due to the fact that there are so many divisions that come together to create LAMoG. One of her favorite places in LA is The Last Bookstore. Her hobbies include- reading, crafting, and cooking. She has also been performing from a young age and loves being on stage.

Chloe is excited for her new job due to her always wanting to experience actually running or participating as staff in an organization. She had visited many museums before and as some were boring, she thought to herself that if she were to run a museum, she would do (...) differently. Chloe plays piano, not really as a hobby anymore but more as a chore. She also likes to read historical fiction or historical non-fiction books, maybe even research extensively about them. Her favorite place in L.A. is most likely Urth Cafe, as it has some great coffee along with varieties of pastries.

Khloe is a competitive and passionate tennis player. She loves hip - hop and jazz dancing but hates ballet. Her favorite subjects are math and science. She is hoping to become a pediatrician just like her mom when she grows up. Khloe is really looking forward to making LAMoG’s exhibit this year the best one yet.
