Landen Beattie: Landen Beattie is in 7th grade and grew up in Santa Clarita. He plays hockey for the Valencia Flyers on the B team. He is looking forward to working for LA MoG and being a part of the Museum. He has a younger sister and a dad who works at Flintridge Prep. He is also an actor.
June Koston: June Koston is in 7th grade and is 12. She plays soccer and volleyball. She loves to design things, especially clothing that she makes herself. She loves going to the mall and getting people gifts. She grew up in L.A. She is looking forward to teaching people the history of not just L.A. but the world.
Olivia Chan: Olivia Chan is in 7th grade and grew up in Duarte. She spent most of her time playing basketball outside with her older sister and mother. She has always been interested in history and learning about the past. Now she has the chance to work at LA MoG and teach others about early history
Jay Goodwine: Jay Goodwine grew up in the shadow of a mountain, on a small street next to a shady alley. They have one sibling, four chickens, three cats and a dog. In their free time, Jay likes to go to the barn and ride their horse. Now they have an opportunity to work with the L.A. Museum of Geography and teach humankind about history.
Mason Hare: Mason Hare grew up in Pasadena where the only limit protecting him was don't go in the street or around the neighborhood. He spent most of his time in the backyard or inside. When he got old enough, he went to elementary school and his most intriguing class for him was history. He got to learn about the centuries and where and what happened in them. Here he is now attending middle school living his best life.
Ryan Fong: Ryan Fong is in 7th grade, and grew up in San Marino. He plays baseball and basketball in his free time. One of his favorite subjects is history, as he always liked learning about the past. He is looking forward to being able to work at LAMoG, and to teach people about LA’s past.
Ella Lee: Ella Lee was born and raised in southern California. She has a step-brother, step-father, mom, a dog, and a cat. She loves to draw, hangout with friends, and be a part of the lovely staff of LAMoG. She hopes to make the LAMoG a fun and educating experience for everyone.
Olivia Lee: Olivia Lee is a fun person who enjoys swimming and school. She is excited about working at the LA Museum of Geography. Olivia’s house is filled with her mom, her dad, her older sister, and her younger brother. She also has three cats.
Everson Li: Everson Li is a middle schooler in 7th grade and enjoys oil painting on the weekends. Everson has 2 younger siblings, one sister and one brother. Everson also started taking tennis lessons in his backyard during the summer. He is extremely excited to be part of LAMoG this year and looking forward to working with the rest of the staff.
Bella Ma: Bella Ma was born in NY, NY. But shortly after, she moved to Los Angeles. She lives with her parents, sister and dog (Yoyo). Originally Bella applied for the position because she wanted to learn more about LA and create an exciting experience for others at the LAMoG. In her free time she enjoys playing with her dog, reading adventure books, and cooking new recipes. Bella not only enjoys learning history about LA, she also likes exploring different destinations globally by traveling.
Evan Noh: Evan Noh was born in Orange County, CA, and moved towards La Crescenta. Currently, he is living on a hill in Glendale. His family originates in South Korea, where he visits very often to see the rest of his family. Recently, he was recruited into the La Museum of Geography, and he looks forward to working on the website to make it visually appealing and easy to use. He enjoys his many hobbies outside of work, such as playing the drums, piano, and clarinet. He is an only child, and enjoys reading books and playing video games.
Spencer Rolfe: Spencer Rolfe was born in Pasadena, California, and was raised in South Pasadena. I still live in South Pasadena and live with my 17 year old sister, my parents, and my dog. I went to Arroyo Vista until fifth grade and went to South Pasadena Middle School for one year. He enjoys playing baseball, guitar, and can also speak some Chinese. Recently, he was recruited into the Los Angeles Museum of Geography (LAMoG). Unfortunately, he will not be paid for his work. Nevertheless he is looking forward to learning more about LA and the LA area.
Rocco Sablan: Rocco Sablan was born and raised in Pasadena, California, where he still lives with his parents and his cat, Sinclair. Rocco attended Saint Mark’s from preschool to 6th grade and has just started the 7th grade at Flintridge Prep, where he was fortunate enough to be recruited to work for the Los Angeles Museum of Geography (LAMoG). History and geography are of special interest to Rocco, who enjoys drawing and studying maps, both real and imaginary. Rocco enjoys playing baseball, video games, and the guitar. He also likes to travel and try new foods. Rocco is excited to work at LAMoG and to learn more about the city he lives in and also to help other people learn more, too.
Lucas Stanton: Lucas Stanton was born in Beverly Hills and grew up in Pasadena. Lucas is 12 years old and is in 7th grade. In their free time they enjoy reading, writing, and baking. Lucas always loves to create something new and spends lots of time doing arts and crafts. Their favorite sports include running and tennis. They love musical theater and sing in their choir as well as play the guitar. Lucas loves their city, Los Angeles, and can't wait to learn more about it. They're excited and grateful for the opportunity of working at LAMoG.
Naomi Symington: Naomi Symington was born in Los Angeles 4 years after her brother. Naomi is in 7th grade and is 12 years old. She likes to shop and buy lots of clothes, and design anything. Her favorite sports are volleyball and soccer. Naomi loves to write stories in her notebook. She loves to go on vacation and explore new areas. She lives on a cul-de-sac right by the rose bowl. She loves pets especially, DOGS!! She can’t wait to work at LAMoG this year.
Olivia Tanouye: Olivia Tanouye was born in Los Angeles and lives with her parents and two brothers. She was very excited when she got hired at the Los Angeles Museum of Geography (LAMoG). She enjoys reading fantasy and mystery books in her freetime, and loves playing tennis with her family. She also likes playing cello and piano, and is excited to learn more about the history of the city she lives in. On the weekends and during summer, she enjoys going to the beach.
